This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Technically necessary server logs may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page, transferred data, browser, operating system, and referrer URL. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required for this purpose, unless legal duties require otherwise.

4. Processor and international transfers

Netlify processes hosting and form data as a technical service provider. Processing in the United States cannot be excluded. 5. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. An encrypted connection is indicated by “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser.

6. Contact form and email

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, message, and necessary transmission data to reply. Form submissions are transmitted and technically processed through Netlify Forms. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted after the enquiry is fully resolved unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage. The checkbox confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to additional processing.

7. Moon Whispers

Your question and card selection are processed only in your browser. The question is not stored or transmitted to us or Netlify.

8. External links

You leave this website only after selecting an external link. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on its website.

9. Fonts, cookies, and analytics

This website does not load fonts from external font services. We currently use no analytics, marketing, or tracking services and no cookies that are not technically necessary.
